5 things for the weekend 24.12
the craft spectrum, egg people, beat creative block, seed crackers, new releases
When I work on art, I’m not thinking a lot about having finished pieces, I’m more focused on the process, especially as I am in an era of exploration. Art is a hobby for me, I enjoy doing it just for what it is. When it comes to some of my crafts though, the idea is to have something completed, be it a scarf, sweater or dress. And while I thoroughly enjoy the process of creating these kinds of pieces, nothing beats the thrill of finally being able to use or wear something that I made myself.
Appreciating both the process and product sides of creating is probably part of the reason I am a multi=passionate crafter. I can fed both of these sides of me depending on what I am working on at any moment.
How about you? Is it the product or the process? Or maybe both?
