5 things for the weekend 22.9
meet the maker, book club meeting, pineapple tarts, free crochet pattern
This month I am sharing it all on Instagram with the Meet the Maker Challenge. Every day I’ll post a little bit about me and my business. Come on over and get to know me, plus meet a host of other creative people sharing about their maker businesses.
5 Things
1. If you’re into all things punctuation, (or even if you’re not) you’ll enjoy this article about the New Yorker’s history with the diaeresis.
2. Sending some love to my crochet peeps with a free pattern for a heart shawl.
3. It’s clear that the pandemic changed many things about life as we knew it, but I wasn’t expecting this one.
4. You should definitely make these Guyanese pineapple tarts. Quite a few of the Caribbean islands have a variation on these, so I was happy to find this recipe.
5. I saw a discussion today about how hard it is to start bullet journaling, so I just had to share this quick how-to guide in case you are having a similar issue.
I relate to this so much!
