Primarily on my desk in the last week has been the sketchbook that I made and am using for this year’s Sketchbook Revival. I completely forgot to share this event with you, so this is a mea culpa. This is my second year doing this fabulous free art event, and I highly recommend it. All the daily videos are now available and can be accessed until April 18th. The schedule is posted here. If you can’t access that page, you can sign up at the event page.
I made a list of all the classes, so that I can prioritise them, and make sure I complete the ones I am most interested in. I’d be lost without my creative notebook!
5 Things
1. I’ll be whipping up a batch of these butter biscuits over the weekend for easy breakfasts in the coming week.
2. The book club read Beloved by Toni Morrison in 2020, so I thought you’d appreciate this review of the book as much as I did.
3. Prince has been in the news lately because of some footage of him as a kid that was recently discovered. As good a time as ever to also share this video.
4. If you live where it’s getting warmer, but still want a head covering, try a kerchief! Here are seven free crochet patterns. They can work as a neck covering too.
5. Caught the spring cleaning bug? Apartment Therapy’s Spring Clean Cure can help!

“The mystery of life isn't a problem to solve, but a reality to experience.”
