5 things for the weekend 22.12
easy pancakes, a podcast for readers, free crochet patterns, and mindfulness
Mindfulness has been on my mind a lot of late. I am trying to focus on being very intentional in my plans for the day from the time I wake up, or even before I go to sleep at night. I have found myself thinking “okay, so what’s the plan for today?” soon after waking up, so my goal is build some intentionally into my morning.
What are some of the things that help you with this?
5 Things
1. This year, go all natural with your Easter Egg dyeing.
2. When it started getting warmer recently, I re-organised my closet, and yet, my shelves are once again a complete mess. I need to use these tips for folding clothes!
3. I don’t listen to podcasts a lot, or at all really, but I want to try to have other options for when I am knitting and crocheting (or any kind of crafting). This one from the Women’s Prize for Fiction might be just what I need.
4. On this side of the world it’s time to switch to smaller yarn projects, so here are 25 free Amigurumi patterns.
5. Take it easy this weekend and make a batch of sheet pan pancakes.

and you?
“...things get broken, and sometimes they get repaired, and in most cases, you realize that no matter what gets damaged, life rearranges itself to compensate for your loss, sometimes wonderfully.”
