5 things for the weekend 22.10
craft storage ideas, raised garden beds, a warming soup, and simple online game
My office and studio are once again unavailable as we get the last stage of renovation done in the attic (knock on wood). So right now I am finding nooks and crannies around the family room and living room to store my most used supplies, with minimum disruption. Baskets, bins, and a rolling cart have been pressed into service. What are some of your creative storage solutions?
5 Things
1. Diversify your bookshelf with these five essential reads by Audre Lorde.
2. Chase the chill with this quick and easy brothy, gingery soup.
3. Itโs about that time gardeners! Learn about setting up raised garden bed.
4. I could easily get addicted to this online game to test your kern abilities. (Font junkies rejoice.)
5. Manage your energy. not your time. This speaks to me as an introvert!
Update: Substack now has an app! That means you can read my weekly letters in a dedicated format, and even set up notifications for when new posts go live. You will still receive the letter via e-mail, but this gives you options. Currently only available for iPhone. Android users, you can sign up to be notified when the app hits the Playstore.
