I’m sinking into enjoying the lead up to Christmas Day with Advent Calendars, and the Hygge Self-Care CraftVent. I realised recently that my favourite part of this season, is all the things leading up to the big day. It’s a time I try to be mindful, and enjoy the things that are meaningful to me: the music, and treats I love, time with my family, that hot cup of tea at the end of a long chilly day. Where I grew up in the Caribbean, Christmas is an entire season, while in France the emphasis is really just on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I am going back to my roots, and making it a joyful season for my family. We are putting the tree up this weekend!
How do you approach the Holiday season?
