Hello creative friends,
As happens pretty much every year, I suddenly realise that it’s June and start to panic. Every single June I'm always caught off guard. Half the year is gone already! It really feels like just yesterday when I sat writing out my goals for the year. Six months later I'm happy to say that I have definitely stuck to my word of the year: Engagement. I feel more connected to my community than I've ever been.
And I am feeling more creative than ever, having completed a number of craft projects. I’m also on track with my reading goal - plus having a blast reading so many amazing stories. I'm realising once again that consistency and always showing up works. I always keep this in mind when it seems like I'm lost in the weeds. Doing a little bit every day really gets me where I’m going.
How about you? What are you hoping the rest of the year to hold for you?
