As we head into the last weekend of May, I am looking back at the month, and seeing what I need to tweak in the weeks ahead. I am quite chuffed about progress made on craft projects that I worked on in the Get it Finished challenge, and plan to continue a version of this every month. You can jump in with us in the craft group.
I’m committed to helping you make more things you love. So please
and tell me how I can support you!

5 Things
1. I’m always happy to come across other artists who, like me, think that creativity needs both the right and the left sides of the brain. Make sure to watch the video and read the article that Julie linked.
2. I stumbled across a fantastic online book festival that is on right now, and runs through the next week. You’re sure to find a couple events you won’t want to miss. Just remember the times are all British Standard Time so convert to your time zone.
3. If you’re in the northeast US you might find this article about the cicada brood interesting. Or not!
4. I loved this idea of what to do with all those storage containers that are missing lids. (Where on earth do they go?) Honestly it’s such a simple hack, I’m not sure why I never thought of it!
5. Will definitely be picking up a rotisserie chicken on Saturday to pull this pasta salad together (I’m kind of obsessed with pasta salads at the mo). I think a vegetarian version would be delicious too!
Coming up: look out for the monthly newsletter on Monday the 31st for all the June events and your free printables. In the meantime get your May printables here.
Just wanted to let you all know that the chicken pasta pesto salad was a big it!
